Charity in a simple term has something
to do with love. Precisely, without love no charitable institution
or organization can be managed. Readily, we must be gracious and
thankful to those ladies, who provide us with this charitable love
in form of film show or advert space. Definitely they have the dice
to woe men with love so kind, so affectionately and a little
difficult to understand it's underneath implication.
According to Marcell Proust people who are not in love fail to
understand how an intelligent man can suffer because of a very
ordinary woman. This is like being surprised that anyone should be
stricken with Cholera because of a creature so insignificant as “The
comma bacillus”. Considering the above statement, it is unfortunate
to realize that men are often the victims of the well-oiled trap set
in form of charity film show. Defining men's role in relation to

aptly joined the crazy world of digitalization. Then why shouldn't
there be e- dressing code. In that swift move there is no reason
most women's bodies should not be digitalized afterall even
governance has been digitalized with digital politics, digital
leaders, digital promises, digital fulfillment, digital Rumours,
digital kabu-kabu life style, digital set up, all these digital
magic and miracle of governance turns round to produce digital
democracy. Nevertheless, our ladies cannot be blamed of digitalizing
their bodies: Affairs and dates are digitalized with attractive body
hob, skimpy dresses, with near naked buttocks.
These digital connection has rightly confirmed why it is absolutely
necessary for ladies to dress to expose their backside, below the
vertically or horizontally region while on top a motorcycle. The
mischievous digital mentality of allowing a naked wire to dangle
carelessly may as well digitally draw the entire generation of men
into a digital regret that leads to total digital damnation. I am
not sounding funny neither do I criticize women to desist from their
current competitive fashion trend, but with what hope, expectation
will this age of fashion revolution contribute to building of our
society rather than substituting moral with immoral, and
substituting standard with substandard culture and customs of the
western world.
Though we noticed something in the form of the popular W.A.I. of the
blessed memory during BUHARI/IDIAGBON regime in the early part of
this Administration. Till date nobody, no official statement has
been made in related with those who waged what was later regarded as
unofficial war against indecent dressing, within that short period.
There was pandemonium everywhere as fear gripped many women. And
within a short while decency of dressing was observed. But the tempo
died abruptly as fingers were point at the direction of first lady's
office, in any case the allegation was stoutly denied by her aides.
The war though short-lived, created impact many women complied and
behaved accordingly and quietly return to status quo of being the
real women, which they are, just to avoid being embarrassed
harassed. Immediately the war subsided, those harden ones resumed
their impersonation of men folk, and stock in trade of baring it
all. The trends spirally however continue with some utterances
support from some unexpected prominent quarters. No doubt, women
digitalized mode of dress has catapulted to add some added finesse
touch that touches the heart and soul of men, with some hard to
ignore colourful concept, and bring about massive personnel
voluntary force of displaying those region quite below bodily sea
level. All effort by their trousers to inch above is resisted,
especially when they are on top of motorbike. This charitable film
show is a great shame to our degenerating moral values. It is a
challenge to the society to decide what morals aspect will be
enduring to the present and coming generation. Still not convince
how and what its advancement will bring to the society? How the film

explained why they prefer using trousers in their daily activities.

life is economical. Another school of thought simply advanced their

All the arguments and explanations about trousers are accepted. But
is it morally upright? Perfectly suitable to our society's way of
life, if not, then what are the ways out? On considering, the level
of immorality that comes with indecent dressing. I think those
tenable reasons have not outweighed what damage is being obtained
from the act. Though some men encourage their ladies to put it on
beyond the framework of their living environment. We must really
have to know what sort of men encourage their women into the act.
Are they earthly or spiritual men? In between these two sets will
enlighten us how ignorantly the person may be when it comes to
permitting a personal item that deserves some respect and privacy to
be crazily exposed to the public. I doff my hat for such a
courageous men who makes the dangerous gambling.
Moreover, the new fashion statement of keeping everything expose is
a misplaced interpretation and unfathomable logic that gradually
devalue our social and moral maturity. Although it went as far as
receiving some pastors blessing and approval, they informed those
misled captives that God is only interested in a mind content, not
physical outlook or appearance. People should be careful with these
deceptive interpretations for God is not an author of confusion, and
He cannot be mocked. Any thing outside God's commandment is not God
wish period! If at all that argument stand acceptable, I must also
be convinced that it is justifiable to eat with a plate that the
inside only is clean while the outside remains dirty.
In addition to corruption, indecent and shameful dressing code is a
serious bane on our society, which the Government, the general
public at large has inevitably condoned. The pride of wearing it to
church is one of the shames of the nation. According to Kunle Bakare,
Chief Executive of Encomium Magazine word “Your decency is measured
by your level of shamefulness. The more shameful you are, the more
decent you are, the less shameful you are, and the less decent you
are”. It is a perfect description that there is no short route to
shamefulness than what you put on. It is similar to show me your
friend, I tell you who you are. Dressing falls on that category.
Dressing decently can help someone to obtain favour, be credit
worthy, attract good and reasonable companion. Than immoral dressing
that repel good will. If for whatever reason trouser phenomenon were
practice why should they be crazy in keeping open the space at back
of their trouser open, why wouldn't decency be applied to maintain
some privacy? This aspect is what beat my imagination that means
they (women) have collaborators in their deed. What bother my
accepting the digital fashion are those private areas that are being
deliberately exposed. The beckoning invitation the exposed parts
constantly tender, cannot excuse a roving eye to blink easily.
Unless your human parts are not functional I doubt the saint or the
reverend Gentleman that would not have a first insight feasting
before remembering where he kept his Bible. Sorry dear readers, if
for some reason I have deviated or gone too far with my inquisition,
it is only to remind us how absolutely necessary to collectively
point to the direction we are being taken, whether it is good or
bad, and quickly amend to the right lane. Otherwise the so-called
fashion revolution can lead the entire society into a nasty ending.
So far the digital world of fashion craze have with frenzy may reach
a point of no return, whereby the western mentality of colonization
gains entry into our society once again through this medium. They
had succeeded in using the missionary system; this time it is the
fashion system. To reverse this rising profile could be quite a
Herculean task to accomplish, as a lot of women see nothing wrong
practicing it and have done it with renew vigour. And the
consequences of their action are so grievous for providing free
advert space in the waist wedge strongly against decent morals and
character of the society. Even the (gods) could be angry with the
custodian of our culture for allowing their daughters to desecrate
the land. The shame of tolerating this unwholesome act remains
permanently with us. Until we realized our mistake of imitating
ignorantly, it is a shame for parents who do not see anything wrong
when their daughters are busy polluting our society with deliberate
attempt or attempting to be obnoxious with shameful practice of
exposing their bodies. Though subsequent buyers could be attracted,
but must those sacred be exposed, before being, subsequently
purchased? The practice could be a spook that throws decency into
the dustbin of history as it nearly is, while we remain dumping
ground for the western world's culture, ideology and dreams. Let's
re-awake with our sense that focuses on making our own culture
adoptable to others too.
